How are results presented?
We will provide a clearly labelled and tabbed Excel spread sheet. This will show the results of all completed calls. We will not provide you with details of necessary follow-ups unless you specifically request this.
You will see which prospects insisted on being emailed or posted more information (we know that this is a way many people say know but we have a very particular take on this issue), those that wanted an appointment, those that said call back in a few months, those that said irrevocably "No" and also the failed numbers

What you need to do
In order to get the most out of the results you should:
- be geared up to send out information virtually immediately we send you the results. The amount of new business won correlates closely to how quickly clients act on this information. If you do not have the infrastructure we can help you email and mail out information.
- consider what information you will send out. We can help you with this, in order to maximise the desire of prospects to take an appointment
- consider how you will import all the information into a contact management system. Most clients do not, but there is a lot of value hidden in all the people that say they are not ready RIGHT NOW.

How will we book your appointments?
We have a number of systems that we help us book suitable appointments. You may wish to keep an online diary, provide us weekly with your availability (we have standard formats to help you with this) or consider a number of alternatives that we can employ.

How will we keep you informed?
As standard we email the results to one named individual. It is this person's job to act promptly on the information in order to get the most out of it.
